摘要
针对手工制作的吊蔓器效率低、一致性差,成本高等一系列问题,基于TRIZ理论方法,根据创新理论,解决矛盾冲突,确定设计方案,设计出一种吊蔓器制作装备,阐述吊蔓器制作装备的整机结构及主要工作部件的工作原理。并且已制作出样机进行试验。结果表明:本设计可以最大限度地节约吊蔓器的成本,提高生产效率,使加工质量也得到提高,是现代农业机械中的创新产品。
Aiming at series problems of low efficiency,poor consistency and high cost that the handmade greenhouse hanging tendril had.Based on TRIZ theory,according to the theory of innovation,solved conflicts and determined the design scheme,designed a production equipment of greenhouses hanging tendril device.It describes the structure for the hanging of production equipment and the working principle of the main working parts.It has produced a prototype and done the test.The results show that this design can save cost maximum,improve the production efficiency and the machining quality.It is innovative products of modern agriculture.
