摘要
随着电子控制技术在大功率拖拉机中的应用,CAN总线技术广泛应用于拖拉机发动机、底盘、变速箱的数据通信和故障诊断。对基于CAN总线系统和ISO11783协议的农机故障数据的组成、接收、提取和代码解析做了初步的分析。根据农机CAN总线的网络协议,使用nCode软件对约翰迪尔7830型拖拉机CAN总线故障数据进行解析,并用解析出的故障码与约翰迪尔公司故障码手册进行验证,可有效诊断出系统故障,并作出相应的故障处理操作。
With the application of electronic control technology in the large horsepower tractor,CAN bus technology is widely used in the data communication and fault diagnosis of tractor engine,chassis and gearbox.It makes a preliminary analysis of composition,receiving,extraction and analysis based on the agricultural machinery fault code data of ISO11783 protocol and CAN bus system.According to the agricultural network protocol of the CAN bus,the nCode software is used to analyze the fault data via CAN bus of 7830 John Deere tractor,and analyzed fault codes are verified to see whether they are identical with the operation instructions in John Deere fault code manual,which is effective for diagnosing the faults of the system,and the corresponding fault handling operation is made.
