畜牧机械安全应用状况研究

Research on the application security situation of livestock machinery

为掌握畜牧机械的安全应用状况,保障畜牧机械使用者的人身及财产安全,通过对青饲料收获机和动物饲料制备机等六种畜牧养殖机械的安全标志和防护装置等使用情况进行调查分析,以机具的安全标志应用情况评价值和安全防护装置应用情况评价值为基础,综合求出各类机具的安全应用状况综合评价得分,得分显示秸秆揉丝机、动物饲料制备机、打捆机三种机具的安全应用状况相对较好。同时提出目前部分畜牧养殖机械在安全应用方面存在的问题和针对性的建议与措施。

In order to grasp the security situation application of livestock machinery,protect the personal and property safety of livestock machinery users,it was investigated and analyzed through the use of forage harvester and animal feed preparation machine of six livestock machinery safety mark and protective devices.Based on the values of application of safety mark and safety devices,it was obtained comprehensive evaluation of safety application status score of various types of machinery.Scores display that the application security situation of straw kneading machine,animal feed preparation machine and packaging machine is in relatively good condition.And it also proposed livestock machinery safety application problems and specific recommendations and measures.
