以就业为导向的农机化专业人才培养模式构建——以河北农业大学为例

Employment oriented professional training mode building of agricultural mechanization in Hebei Agricultural University

为培养更多适应社会需求的农机化专业人才,对河北农业大学农机化专业在校生进行就业意愿调查,对企业进行人才需求调查。通过对调查结果研究分析,听取大学生和用人单位对学校的意见和建议,建立以就业为导向的农机化专业人才培养模式,以提高农机化专业人才培养质量,符合市场需求。

To cultivate more professionals to adapt to the social demand of agricultural mechanization,it was surveyed the Hebei Agricultural University of the professional college students employment intention,and investigated the enterprise demand.Through analyzing the results of the survey research,it was listened the college students and unit of choose and employ persons of the opinions and suggestions for schools,it was established employment oriented agricultural mechanization professional personnel training mode,in order to improve the agricultural mechanization professional talent training quality,in line with market demand.
