摘要
介绍了湖南某金矿选厂的选矿工艺设计,在对矿石性质和选矿试验结果的研究与分析的基础上,参照国内类似矿山的生产实践,设计生产规模为原矿1 000 t/d,确定采用两段一闭路破碎、一段磨矿分级、尼尔森重选回收颗粒金、浮选两次粗选、三次扫选、两次精选的工艺流程。
This paper mainly introduces the process design of a gold mine in Hunan. Based on the research and analysis of ore property and test results, referred to production practice of domestic similar mine, the capacity for raw ore is 1000 t/d, The technology is adopted for two-stage crushing with single closed-circuit, one-stage grinding- classification, gold particle' s recovery with Knelson concentrator, and flotation with twice roughing-twice scavengingthree times cleaning.
