关节镜下手术治疗复发性肩关节前脱位

Arthroscopic surgical treatment for recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation

目的 探索关节镜下手术治疗复发性肩关节前脱位的治疗方法及其优越性。方法 回顾性分析采用关节镜下手术修复Banakrt损伤治疗肩关节复发性前脱位39例患者的临床资料,对比术前、术后患肩稳定度、活动度及肩关节功能。术前、术后采用美国加州大学洛杉矶分校UCLA评分进行肩关节稳定程度及功能评分。结果 39例患者均获随访,随访时间12~60个月,平均（33.6±1.5）个月。所有患者均未再发生前脱位,术前UCLA为（17.6±1.3）分,术后为（32.6±1.2）分,术前、术后UCLA评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 关节镜下手术修复Bankart损伤治疗复发性肩关节前脱位是一种创伤小、疗效可靠、中远期效果优越的治疗方法,值得广泛推广。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of arthroscopic surgical treatment to repaire the recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation. Methods The medical records of thirty - nine patients with anterior shoulder dislocation who were treated with arthroscopie surgical treatment. We analyzed their UCLA scores at preoperative period and postoperative period. Results All patients were followed - up for an average of（ 33.6± 1.5 ） months （ form 12 to 60 months）. We recorded UCLA shoulder score of all patients at preoperative period and postoperative period. The average UCLA shoulder score of preoperative period was 17.6 ± 1.3. The average UCLA shoulder score of postoperative period was 32.6± 1.2. There was statistical difference in patients＇ preoperative and postoperative UCLA shoulder scores （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The arthroseopic Bankart lesion repairing treatment had better clinical effect. At the same time,it is safe and easy to operate. So the arthroscopie Bankart lesion repairing treatment is worth promoting.
