关节镜下手术治疗半月板不同部位损伤42例 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨对于半月板不同损伤部位采取不同修复方式的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析接受半月板损伤缝合术的42例患者,按半月板损伤部位的不同分别在关节镜下使用内-外、外-内及全内缝合术修复半月板。术后使用可调式支具伸直位固定3周,3~6周角度逐渐调至90°,6周后逐渐下地负重。参照Barrett评定标准及Lysholm评分观察其临床效果,对术前和术后3、6、12个月的Lysholm评分进行比较。结果 42例患者均获随访,随访12~36个月,平均23.6个月。术后12个月全部患者膝关节交锁症状、疼痛、跛行、肿胀、活动受限症状明显减轻或消失。Lysholm评分由术前(20.90±11.34)分增至术后3个月的(67.52±6.99)分、6个月的(82.98±3.61)分、12个月的(91.14±4.06)分,术前和术后比较差异有统计学意义。结论 针对半月板不同的损伤部位选择个体化缝合方法,可以获得良好的临床效果。
