腹壁巨大肿瘤切除一期腹壁重建一例报告 被引量：4

摘要 患者，女性，41岁，因“发现腹部包块半年，增大伴腹痛1月半”于2015年10月11日入院。13年前行“剖宫产”手术，3年前因“腹壁子宫内膜异位症，子宫肌瘤”行“腹壁结节切除＋子宫全切术”。入院查体：耻骨上2cm见长约15cm陈旧性横行手术疤痕，中下腹可及一巨大肿块，大小约18cm×24cm，上界达脐下1cm．下界达耻骨上，左、
