配电网不停电倒负荷技术研究与实现 被引量:9

摘要 目前配电网在进行线路检修或倒负荷操作时,通常是在停电的状态下进行操作。针对倒负荷操作需要进行线路停电的问题,提出了一种通过馈线终端监测合环点两侧线路电压差和相位差,以合环动作条件做为判据来实现不停电倒负荷的方法。该方法以辐射线路配电系统模型为基础,利用前推回代算法进行配电网环网潮流计算,利用叠加原理开展合环电流的计算,开展了以ARM处理器为核心的FTU馈线终端不停电倒负荷程序设计和逻辑判据研究。研究表明:具有不停电倒负荷功能的馈线终端在电压差及相位差整定值范围内,能够准确判别联络开关两侧的系统状态,实现可靠的合环控制,保障不停电倒负荷操作的正确性。 At present line maintenance or reverse load operation of the distribution network often under the condition of power failure. Aiming at this problem of power failure when the line maintenance proposes a method of using feeder terminal to monitor the voltage and phase difference on both sides of the closedloop point, when the conditions are met, the load can be charged to achieve the operation. This method based on the model of radiation distribution network, using the forward and backward substitution method calculates the power flow in distribution network, using the principle of superposition calculates the loop current. Meanwhile, the research of FTU program and logic criterion based on ARM processor is carried out. The results indicate that the feeder terminal setted in the range of voltage and phase can determine the state of the system and control the operation accurately, insure the correctness of the operation.
