摘要
利用生物信息学软件SWISS-MODEL和Deep View 4.1对Gly m Bd 28K进行同源建模并对做出的模型进行评估。利用DNAStar和SOPMA分析Gly m Bd 28K的亲水性、柔韧性、表面可及性、抗原指数和二级结构,预测出Gly m Bd 28K的4个B细胞线性表位5-13,75-77,175-177,200-203。根据三级结构模型,通过Disco Tope 2.0预测出Gly m Bd 28K的6个与构象表位相关的区段11-14,40-41,43,114-115,185-192,194-207。
The model of tertiary structure of Gly m Bd 28 K was constructed by the bioinformatics tool SWISS-MODEL,and its reliability was evaluated by Deep View 4.1. DNAStar and SOPMA were used to analyze the hydrophilicity,flexible region,surface probability,antigenic index and secondary structure of Gly m Bd 28 K protein,and based on that,four liner epitopes of B cell including 5-13,75-77,175-177 and 200-203 were predicted. According to the tertiary structure,six regions related to the conformational epitopes of Gly m Bd 28 K including 11-14,40-41,43,114-115,185-192,194-207 were predicted using software Disco Tope 2.0.
