摘要
目的调查康复期大学生精神障碍患者的情绪调节策略。方法采用情绪调节策略问卷对康复期30例大学生精神分裂症患者(精神分裂症组)、58例大学生抑郁症患者(抑郁症组)、28例大学生双相障碍患者(双相障碍组)、27例大学生焦虑症患者(焦虑组)和49名正常大学生(对照组)进行施测。结果五组在羞愧、羞涩、悲伤、愤怒、厌恶、恐惧负性情绪调节上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在正性情绪调节方面,五组抑制和重视情绪调节策略评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在负性情绪调节方面,五组忽视、抑制、重视和自然调节情绪调节策略评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复期大学生精神障碍患者的情绪调节策略存在一定的问题。
Objective To investigate the emotion regulation strategy in undergraduate students with mental disorders in rehabilitation stage. Methods Emotion regulation strategy was evaluated by using Scale of Emotion Regulation (SER) in 30 undergraduate students with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage, 58 cases with depression in rehabilitation stage, 28 cases with bipolar disorder in rehabilitation stage, 27 cases with anxiety disorder in rehabilitation stage and 49 healthy controls. Results There were significant differences among five groups in negative emotions of SER such as shame, shy, sad, anger, disgust and fear ( P 〈 0.05 ). In the regulation strategy of positive emotion, there were significant differences among five groups in factor scores of suppression and rumination of SER (P 〈 0.05 ). In the regulation strategy of negative emotion, there were significant differences among five groups in factor scores of avoidance, suppression, rumination and natural regulation of SER (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There are some problems of emotion regulation strategy in undergraduate students with nlental disorders in rehabilitation stage.
