摘要
为弄清堰板对氯碱工业离子膜电解槽阳极室内流体流动特性的影响,采用流体力学计算软件对阳极室单个隔栅进行了数值模拟,考察了堰板长度对流体流动的影响。结果表明,安装堰板后的阳极室内,流体流动时存在三个旋涡,有利于加强阳极室液体混合;堰板下部开口处速度较大;堰板长度取800 mm较为适宜。
A numerical simulation was performed on a barrier of anode chamber by using computational fluid dynamics software in order to investigate the influence of weir plate on the fluid flow characteristics in chlor - alkali ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer anode chamber. The influence of weir plate length on the flow of fluid was investigated. The results showed that there were three vortexes in the fluid flow in the anode chamber after the installation of the weir plate, and the three vortexes was favorable to strengthening the mix of liquid in the anode chamber; the flow rate at lower opening of the weir plate was larger; the suitable length of the weir plate was 800 mm.
