离子膜电解槽停车时的保护措施

摘要 介绍了电解槽停车时的正常保护措施、不能供液时的短期保护措施和不能供液时的特殊长期保护措施。介绍青岛海晶化工集团有限公司长期停车的处理方案,采用该方案,经5个月的长期停车后重新开车,电流效率保持在97.5%未变,槽电压略有下降,且离子膜性能无明显恶化。 The normal protective measures during shutdown of electrolyzers, the short term protective measures and the special long term protective measures during no supply of liquid were introduced. The treatment scheme for long-term shutdown taken by was proposed. When the electrolyzer restarted efficiency was still 97.5%, electrolyzer voltage membrane deteriorated non-significantly.
