北京市丰台区社区卫生服务机构慢病防控能力调查

A Capability Survey of Chronic Disease Prevention and Control in Community Health Service Centers of Fengtai District,Beijing

目的为了解北京市丰台区慢性病预防控制能力现状,进一步加强丰台区慢性病防控能力建设。方法对北京市丰台区23家社区卫生服务中心慢病防控能力现状进行问卷调查,内容包括各社区卫生服务中心机构设置、人员和经费配置、继续教育情况,监测和干预工作开展情况以及科研能力等。采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果丰台区23个社区卫生服务中心中43.5%的服务人口与医生的配比>3 000∶1,60.9%的中心服务人口与护士的配比>3 000∶1,医生和护士资源紧缺。全区有91.3%的社区卫生服务中心开展了高血压患者建档工作,56.5%开展了高血压患者随访工作,87.0%的社区卫生服务中心开展了糖尿病患者建档工作,78.3%开展了糖尿病患者随访工作。结论丰台区社区卫生服务体系仍存在机构和人员不足以及工作经费缺乏等问题,社区慢性病患者的管理模式还待完善。应继续加大对社区的技术支持,提高社区慢病防治管理能力,充分利用社会资源,发挥非专业队伍能力。

Objective To investigate the current capability of chronic diseases prevention and control in Fengtai district of Beijing,and strengthen the training of chronic disease prevention and control. Methods 23 community health service centers had been investigated by capability questionnaire survey,including the organization,human resources and funds configuration,continuing education,monitoring and intervention,the scientific research and so on. The data analysis was used the statistical software SPSS 17. 0. Results The ratio of people to doctor was over 3000： 1,which was 45. 5% people served by the community health service centers; the ratio of people to nurse was over 6000： 1,which was 60. 9 % people served by the community health service centers,these prompted the shortage of health providers in Fengtai district. There were 91. 3% centers had accomplished the profiling of hypertensive patients,56. 5% centers of hypertension followed-up,87. 0% centers of diabetes profiled and 78. 3% centers of diabetes followed-up. Conclusion Community health service system might still lack the human resources and funds. The management model of chronic diseases should be developed in Fengtai district. And the community technology support should be strengthened to improve the management capability of chronic disease prevention and control,involving the amateur support through the society resource.
