成都市民工子弟学校学生心理健康干预效果评估 被引量:4

Mental Health Intervention Effect Among Farmer-worker's School Children in Chengdu

摘要 目的通过对成都市的民工子弟学校学生进行心理健康干预,以提高学生心理健康水平。方法对成都市2所民工子弟学校3~4年级学生进行主要围绕自信心训练和心理健康教育课为主要手段的心理健康干预,实施持续时间为2个学期。通过比较干预前后学生心理健康诊断测验(MHT)的结果,了解学生心理健康改善状况。结果民工子弟学生心理健康问题主要表现为学习焦虑,对照组和干预组学习焦虑检出率分别为28.8%和35.4%。经过干预后,干预组学生的主要心理问题有了好转,其中学习焦虑检出率下降至27.0%。结论通过有效的心理干预措施可以改善民工子弟学校学生的心理健康水平。 Objective To carry out mental health intervention in farmer-worker's school children in Chengdu and to elevate the mental health level. Methods Students at grade 3 and 4 participated the mental health intervention including content of confidence training and mental health education class in two farmer-worker's schools in Chengdu. The intervention lasted for two semesters. The MHT test scores were compared before and after the intervention. Results The major health problems manifested as study anxiety. The detection rate of study anxiety in control group and intervention group was respectively 28. 8% and 35. 4%. After intervention the detection rate of study anxiety decreased to 27. 0%. Conclusion The mental health of students in farmer-worker 's schools can be improved by mental health intervention.
