红外煤质多参数实时分析仪设计

摘要 燃煤内不同成分具有不同的红外吸收光谱,吸收程度的大小与该成分的含量具有正相关性。根据燃煤不同成分的红外光谱吸收特性,设计了煤质参数实时分析仪。采用漫反射灰度板替代滤光片作为参比物,实验中具有更好的稳定性。采用多元线性回归法对测量数据进行处理,煤质参数测量结果与化验室化验结果接近,设计可满足使用要求,工作效率较传统化验室化验法有了大幅度的提高。 Different ingredients of coal have different infrared absorption spectrums, and there is a positive correlation between the value of absorption degree and the context of the ingredient. According to the infrared absorption characteristic of different ingredients, the real-time multi-parameters analysis meter of coal is designed. By using the diffuse reflection gray scale board instead of the reference filter, a higher stability is obtained in practice. Multiple linear regression is used to process the measure data. The measure result of the infrared analysis meter is consistent with the laboratory testing values, and the design can be actually used. Even more important, its work efficiency is much better than traditional laboratory test method.
