摘要
斜坡式散货进口码头工艺布置的关键为皮带机系统的设计,以长江上游散货进口码头建设为例,探讨了在山区地形条件下对皮带机系统优化设计,包括对趸船皮带机、斜坡道皮带车的改造。优化方案加大了皮带机爬坡角度,较常规布置将码头前沿线向陆域方向移动30米以上,减少了码头建设对航道的影响,降低了工程投资。
The key issue for the process layout of the sloped bulk import terminal is the proper design of belt con- veyor system. Taking the upper bulk import terminal construction along Yangtze river as an example, this paper discusses the optimization method of belt conveyor system at the condition of mountain area terrain, which includes the reconstruction of barge belt machine and ramped belt car. In the optimum proposal, the ramp angle has been increased. And the wharf apron has been shifted more than 30 meters toward the landside. Through this way, it can reduce the influence of wharf con- struction on the waterway, and cut down the engineering budget.
