摘要 针对装船机的溜筒卸料范围不能覆盖大船船型的舱口工作面,溜筒不能正常进入大船的料仓,原有装船机的设计能力不能满足现有船型要求的情况,从经济性与可操作性的角度出发,提出将装船机适用船型的改造转化为溜筒改造的思路,分析了主动动力与自重抛物运动两类改造方案,给出了装船机溜筒改造设计方案。 Since the discharge range of slip cylinder in current ship loader can not cover the hatch working face of the large vessel, the slip cylinder can not get into the ship bunker in regular method, which causes that the function of tra- ditional ship loader can not meet the demand of current large type ships. In order to solve this problem, the author chose to reconstruct the slip cylinder to get ship loader adapted with large vessel. Through the comparison between the active power system scheme and dead - weight projectile motion scheme, the slip cylinder reconstruction scheme is finally emphasized.
