摘要
针对我国煤炭港口自动给料、精度定位难度大、钩头摘挂完全依赖人力和定位车自适应能力差等难点,提出了一种全自动多用途翻车系统,开发了包括料位检测、自动给料控制方法、自动摘挂钩装置、自动寻钩方法、自适应双臂定位车系统等关键技术,实现了翻车系统的全自动自适应作业模式。
Currently, coal terminals in china are difficult to achieve fully automatic feeding and high precision posi- tioning . The couple - uncouple system of the hook head are entirely relied on the manual labor, and positioning vehicles present poor self-adaptive capabilities. In order to solve these problems, the paper proposes a novel fully automatic car dumper system with multi - functions, which includes material level detection module, automatic feeding control system, automatic couple - uncouple hook head, automatic hook - finding system and self - adaptive positioning vehicles with doub- le arms. Finally, the fully automatic self- adaptive operation mode of the car dumper system is realized.
