岸边集装箱起重机能耗等级试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Energy Consumption Level for Quayside Container Crane

摘要 以岸边集装箱起重机为研究对象,分析了现代集装箱码头岸边集装箱起重机设备系统类别,确定以起重量和起升高度为起重机分类基础数据。根据交通运输行业对重点能耗产品的定义,以及岸边集装箱起重机使用特点,给出了岸边集装箱起重机能耗等级分级原则和分级指标。确定了能耗等级分级的试验方法并进行现场能耗试验,通过对多个样本起重机进行能耗测试,并依据能效限值制定原则,提出了岸边集装箱起重机能耗分级限值。 The classification of the modern quayside container crane is clarified by the basic data of hoisting capaci- ty and lifting altitude. According to the definition of important energy consumption product in the transportation industry and the operation characteristics of the quayside container crane, the classification principle and classification energy indicators are provided. The grading test method of energy consumption level is formulated. Through the combination of energy con- sumption experiments of crane samples in the test field, according to the rules of enery consumption limits, the classifica- tion energy consumption limit values of quayside container crane are put forward.
