摘要
通过高温热解的方法将废打印碳粉制备为硬质碳,用作锂离子电池负极材料并组装、化成为锂离子电池成品,该锂离子电池成品1.0 C倍率的放电容量平均保持0.2 C时的92%,达到较高的放电倍率;锂离子电池在400次循环后的平均容量保持率为83%,具有良好的循环特性,可见,废打印碳粉用作锂离子电池负极材料具有可行性。
By high temperature pyrolysis of waste printed toner preparation for hard carbon, used as lithium ion battery anode material and assembly, a lithium ion battery products, the discharge capacity of the lithium ion battery products 1.0 C rate averaging at 0.2 C of 92 %, reach a higher discharge ratio; lithium ion battery in average capacity after 400 cycles keep rate was 83 %, with good cycle characteristics, visible, waste print toner used as anode materials for lithium ion batteries is feasible.
