摘要
文章分别探讨了以对甲苯磺酸(C7H8O3S)和强酸性树脂NKC-9干氢型树脂、D001-FD树脂做催化剂的酯化反应时的酯化率、工艺流程、产物分离、反应温度等因素数据进行了优化分析比较。旨在为柴油的低温流动性能改进剂的研究发展方向提供参考的依据,为甲基丙烯酸十六酯的未来发展方向进行了展望。
The paper respectively discusses with p-toluene sulfonic acid (C7H8O3S) and the strong acidic resin NKC-9 dry hydrogen type resin, D001-FD resin as catalysts of esterification reaction of esterification rate, process flow, product separation, factors such as reaction temperature, the data is optimized. Aimed at the study of the performance of a diesel low temperature flow improver development direction to provide the reference basis, for the future development direction of 16 methacrylate was discussed.
