乳化炸药现场混装车的安全管理问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Safety Management for Emulsion Explosive Mixed Loading Truck

炸药现场混装技术广泛应用于各大矿山,降低了劳动强度和爆破成本,提高了装药效率和本质安全性,给矿山带来了显著的经济综合效益,但现场的安全管理环节仍较为薄弱,存在较多安全隐患。文章基于乳化炸药现场混装车在露天矿山的应用,总结现场混装车的安全管理经验,指出现场安全管理存在的问题,并提出了安全管理措施,以期为混装车的应用提供有益的探索。

Mixed loading truck technology is widely used in many Mines. Labor intensity and explosion costs are reduced. Explosive charge efficiency and intrinsic safety are greatly improved. It brings obviously economic benefits for mines. But safety management for mixed loading truck is weak. It exists many safety problems. Based on applications of emulsion explosive mixed loading truck in open pit mine, the paper summarizes safety management experiences of mixed loading truck, and points out the problems existed in the safety management, and puts forward the safety management measures. It is a good exploration for the application of mixed loading truck.
