660MW机组脱硫后烟道高压静电除尘除雾装置的应用

摘要 介绍了某电,一新建660MW机组在2012年取得了国家环保部的环评批复后,根据国家发改委、环保部、国家能源局三部委联合下发2093号《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划(2014-2020年)》的通知,对环评要求的粉尘处理设计选型实施技术升级,实现东部地区新建燃煤发电机组大气污染物排放浓度基本达到燃气轮机组排放限值(即在基准氧含量6%条件下,烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度分别不高于10、35、50毫克/立方米)。 It introduced a new 660 MW power plant unit which achieved EIA approval of the Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2012, according to three ministries of the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Environmental Protection, the National Energy Board jointly issued the notice of the No. 2093 "The transformation and upgrading of coal and electricity energy conservation and emissions reduction action plan (2014-2020)". The notice implements technical upgrading for requirements of the EIA process design and selection of dust and achieves atmospheric emissions of pollutant concentrations in eastern new coal-fired gas turbine generator sets to reach basic emission limits (It means soot, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides emission concentration is respectively not greater than 10 mg/m^3, 35 mg/m^3, 50 mg/m^3 on condition of the reference oxygen content of 6 %).
