摘要
依据设计输入条件,首先确定了氢气储罐的总体参数。其次对筒体、封头及接管等进行了设计计算及强度校核。再次,进行了抗震计算,校核了筒体在地震作用下的各向应力。并且结合风载荷和地震作用对地脚螺栓进行了强度验算。最后,给出了氢气罐在室外布置时需保证的防火间距要求。
According to the design input conditions, the overall parameters of the hydrogen storage tank were determined. Secondly, the design calculation and strength check of the cylinder, head and nozzle are carried out. Again, the seismic calculation is carried out, and the stress of the cylinder under the action of earthquake is checked. And the combination of wind load and earthquake action was carried out to check the strength of anchor bolts. In the end, the fire distance required to be guaranteed when the hydrogen tank is outside is given.
