摘要
参照标准检验方法《GB/T 23296.21-2009食品接触材料高分子材料食品模拟物中顺丁烯二酸及顺丁烯二酸酐的测定高效液相色谱法》,测定淀粉中顺丁烯二酸含量,对测定结果的不确定度进行了分析,计算了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。实验结果表明:当置信概率为95%,包含因子k=2,则其扩展不确定度为0.10 mg/kg。样品均匀性和测试方法精密度对测量不确定度的影响较大,检测人员应对这些影响因素进行重点控制,以提高检测结果精确度。
Maleic acid in starch was determined by HPLC method and the uncertainty of determination result was analyzed and quantified. The expanded uncertainty of determination was calculated to be 0.10 mg/kg from the experimental data when the confidence level was 95 % and factor (k) was 2. It was found that the uncertainty mainly derived from the uncertainty of the uniformity of the samples and the precision of test methods. Some test skills used to improve the quality control were discussed.
