The Determination of Organic Matter in the Organic Fertilizers with Automatic Electric Potential Titration Method

有机肥可以改善土壤结构，提高土壤肥力。有机质是衡量有机肥质量的重要指标，测定有机质含量对监管有机肥质量具有重要意义。自动电位滴定法测定有机质含量的加标回收率为97．19％-102．65％，标准偏差为0．050％-0．066％，相对标准偏差为0．10％-0．21％，该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度。可以广泛用于对有机肥质量的监管活动之中。

Organic fertilizers could improve soil structure and soil fertility. Organic matter content was an important indicator in measuring the quality of organic fertilizers. The automatic electric titration method was applied to determination organic matter in the organic fertilizers. The recovery rate of standard addition was 97.19 %-102.65 %, standard deviation of precision test was 0.050 %-0.066 %, and relative standard deviation was 0.10 %-0.21%. The method has good accuracy and precision. We can widely use the method in the regulation of organic fertilizers.
