Study on the Training Model of Pharmacy Students in Private Colleges in the Background of Innovation Entrepreneurship

文章从"双创"背景下出发,分析比较了国内外高校及民办高校黄河科技学院创新人才的培养模式。以黄河科技学院为例探究了民办高校药学专业学生的培养模式,从药学专业的特点及人才培养体系的融合进行展开讨论,制定了针对性的"1+5+2"人才培养模式,具有一定的参考和研究价值。

The training mode of innovative talents in universities and private colleges and niversities at home and abroad was analyzed in the Background of Innovation Entrepreneurship. The Training Model of Pharmacy Students in Private Colleges was explored by using Huanghe S ＆ T College. The characteristics of pharmacy and the integration of the personnel training system are discussed, the ＂1 ＋5＋2＂ training mode was produced, has a certain reference and research value.
