为了使高职毕业生达到复合型技能型人才培养目标的要求,通过研究高职院校学生特点和原有"泵与风机节能技术"课程教学中存在的主要问题,从激发学生的学习动机和学习态度、重组教学内容在教学法、考核评价方式等教学方法和手段等方面进行改革与创新,提高了教学效果,同时创建教材规划与建设新机制,强化教材编写队伍建设等措施,推动课程全方位建设。
