摘要
在中职烹饪专业的教学中引入地方文化,是烹饪专业教学改革的一项尝试。文章结合地方文化的内涵与特点,分析了中职烹饪专业引入地方文化的意义;并以开平市吴汉良理工学校的具体实践为例,介绍了取得的实际效果及对该模式实践探索的反思。
The introduction of local culture in the teaching of cooking specialty in secondary vocational school is an attempt to reform the teaching of cooking specialty. Based on the connotation and characteristics of local culture, the paper analyzes the significance of the introduction of local culture into the cooking specialty in vocational school. Taking the practice of Kaiping City Polytechnic School as an example, this paper introduces the actual effect and the reflection on the practice of this model.
