摘要
文章模拟搪瓷制品烹煮时的恒高温过程。考察该过程中搪瓷制品中铅镉重金属离子在三种食品模拟物中的迁移量,分析其是否符合相关法规标准,给出了日常使用搪瓷食品包装的建议。
The paper is mainly to simulate the daily use of enamel food packaging, such as it required to face temperature conditions when cooking or steaming. Through the detection of three kinds of solvent under the conditions, the enamel food packaging in the migration of lead, cadmium content and analysis of these three categories of food daily. Cadmium migration is in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards. Through the analysis and comparison, the daily use of enamel food packaging is given, and the places where the enamel industrial technology to be improve.
