摘要
杂多酸化合物具有强酸性、高热稳定性、易溶解等优异的性能,在新能源开发和有机合成等领域具有广阔的发展前景与利用价值。本综合实验将MCM-41介孔分子筛负载H_3PW_(12)O_(40)催化剂的制备技术和酸催化性能的研究引入到本科综合实验中,在实验中以XRD鉴定了催化剂的结构,并用高效液相色谱考察催化剂活性,重点讨论了不同温度和反应时间对催化剂催化性能影响。该综合实验训练了学生的动手能力,培养学生初步具有研究复杂工程问题的能力。
The phosphotungstic acid is used widely in new energy development and organic synthesis because it has strong acidity, high thermal stability and high solubility. The paper designed a comprehensive experiment which contained the synthesis of mesoporous MCM-41 supported phosphotungstic acid as catalyst. The structure of the catalyst is determined by XRD, and the catalyst performance is tested by HPLC, the effect of different temperature and reaction times on the catalytic performance have been studied as the focus of research, too. The experiment could improve the students' abilities of practical operation and study complex engineering problems.
