摘要
文章合成了香豆素的重要衍生物6-硝基香豆素,通过元素分析、红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,研究了不同溶剂对6-硝基香豆素的紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱的影响,溶液酸度对6-硝基香豆素的荧光发射光谱的影响,以及6-硝基香豆素的吸收光谱与发射光谱的镜像关系。
In the paper the 6-nitrocoumarin which is the important derivative of coumarin was synthesized, the structure of it was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy, we studied the influence of different solvents on UV absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra, and the effect of solution acidity on the fluorescence emission spectra of 6-nitrocoumarin, and the mirror image relationship between the absorption spectra and the emission spectra.
