摘要
丙烯醇价廉易得,以其为反应物,与Na HSO3经自由基加成可得3-羟基丙磺酸钠,3-羟基丙磺酸钠后经酸化、分子内脱水反应,可得产物1,3-丙磺酸内酯。文章对该工艺过程进行了探究和优化,并得到较优的工艺条件。产物经核磁共振氢谱及红外光谱进行表征。该合成反应条件温和,原料无剧毒和易爆危险,工艺简便、易于操作,收率可达95%。该合成工艺适合于工业化生产1,3-丙磺酸内酯。
3-hydroxyl-1-propanesulfonic acid sodium was synthesized from allyl alcohol and NaHSO3 by free-radical addition reaction. Then 1,3-propane sultone could be obtained by acid reaction and intermolecular dehydration reaction. The process was studied and optimized. 1,3-propane sultone was charactered by ^1H NMR and IR. Compared with other synthetic process, the improved process for synthetizing 1,3-propane sultone has many advantages, such as mild reactive conditions, low toxic and explosive materials, simple operation, and the yield is up to 95 %. The process is suitable for industrial production of 1,3-propane sultone.
