高分子化学实验中聚苯胺的制备及导电性实验的改进

摘要 文章用选用对甲苯磺酸作为掺杂剂,苯胺为聚合反应单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,进行溶液聚合反应。与目前普遍选用的以盐酸为掺杂剂的溶液聚合反应相比,改进后的实验,聚合物颗粒分布均匀,实验导电率高,节约了实验成本,极大地调动了学生做实验的积极性。 Abstraet: An improved solution polymerization of styrene was carried out by using aniline as monomer, Toluenesulfonic acid and ammonium persulfate were respectively for the dopant and initiator. The improved method has much more advantages compared with the common method used hydrochloric acid as dopant, such as the yield is more, the product has more average size of particles, the Electrical Properties of experiment succeeds in 100% and the cost is saved. Students show their very interest in this experiment.
