摘要
对ATCC-23770,DHU-ATCC-1,DHU-ZCY-1,DHU-YQ-1,DHU-ZGD-1等五株产细菌纤维素的木醋杆菌的机械搅拌培养过程进行研究,结果表明:相对于其他四种菌株,DHU-ZGD-1的培养历程比较滞后;由纤维素粗产品产量的比较可看出,DHU-ATCC-1的纤维素产量最高,高低顺序排列如下,DHU-ATCC-1>DHU-ZCY-1>DHU-YQ-1>DHU-ZGD-1>ATCC23770。该结果证实了五株木醋杆菌在机械搅拌培养中存在差异,为今后大规模工业化生产细菌纤维素的菌株筛选提供依据。
Difference in submerged and agitated cultures of five strains of Acetobacter xylinum (ATCC-23770, DHU-ATCC-1, DHU-ZCY-1, DHU-YQ-1, DHU-ZGD-1) as bacterial cellulose(BC)producing strains was investigated. Results demonstrated that culture course of DHU-ZGD-1 displayed relatively lag as compared to other 4 strains. Based on the dry weight of crude BC product, DHU-ATCC-1 showed the highest yield and the order was as follows: DHU-ZCY-1 DHU-ATCC-1 〉 DHU-ZCY-1 〉 DHU-YQ-1 〉 DHU-ZGD-1 〉 ATCC23770. The result confirmed the difference between the 5 strains of Acetobacter xylinum, which can served as a basis for large scale industrial production of BC.
