摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,选择L9(3^4)正交试验对虾壳粉的生物酶解脱乙酰工艺进行优化,结果表明,底物浓度为25%,发酵温度为45℃时,发酵时间48h,pH为5.0时,甲壳素的脱乙酰度达到最大值39.20%。
On the basis of single factor experiment, shrimp shell powder enzyme release acetyl process is optimized by L9(34) orthogonal experiment, the results showed that the substrate concentration was 25 %, fermentation temperature 45 ℃, 48 h of fermentation time, pH was 5.0, attain to the maximum degree of chitin by 39.20 %.
