摘要
中石油兰州石化公司碱渣装置采用内循环BAF全生物氧化技术进行碱渣预处理,经过两年多稳定运行,出水效果良好,能满足兰州石化现有碱渣处理量,解决了兰州石化厂碱渣处理难问题。反冲洗沉淀池进行清淤,反冲洗给水水质得以改善,反冲洗系统效率提升,碱渣装置的出水效果会明显提升。在出水水质合格的情况下,继续考核碱渣的处理量,在现有9组内循环BAF池运转的条件下,碱渣处理量可达到8.3 m3/h,吨碱渣运行成本38元。

Under the condition of the effluent water quality qualified, and continue to assess the capacity of alkaline, circulate in the existing nine groups of BAF pool operation conditions, the alkaline wastewater can reach 8.3 m^3/h, tons of alkaline cost RMB 38.
