摘要
目的用紫外分光光度法测定刺芫婪中总黄酮的含量。方法用60%的乙醇提取总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品,在紫外510nm处测定。结果芦丁检测浓度在0.0128—0.064mg/L范围内与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系,R^2=0.9996,加样平均回收率101.69%,RSD=0.57%(n=6);用乙醇回流提取法提取的总黄酮含量可达到1.079%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,操作简单易行,适用于黄酮类物质含量的测定。
Objective: To determine total flavonoids in Eryngium foetidum Linn by UV-spectrometry. Methods: Total flavonoids was extracted with 60 % ethanol and rutin was used as reference. The content was detected at 510 nm. Results: Calibration graphs were constructed in the range of 0.0128-0.064 mg/mL for total flavonoids, R^2=0.9996. The averager ecovery was 101.69 % for total flavonoids. The RSD of the method was 0.57 %, and the content of total flavonoids was 1.079 %. Conclusion: The method was proved to be simple, feasible, fast, and can be used for quality control for flavonoids in Eryngium foetidum Linn.
