摘要
文章采用顶空气相色谱法测定墨水中甲醇,通过对顶空进样器的平衡温度、平衡时间、气液相比和盐析效应4个条件进行优化,建立了顶空气相色谱法测定墨水中甲醇的最佳条件。方法检出限为50.0mg/L,回收率在95.2%-102.3%之间,相对标准偏差为2.4%(n=9)。该检测方法快速、灵敏、准确、适用于墨水中甲醇的检测。
In the paper a new method for determination of methanol in ink was developed by using head space gas chromatographic technique. Four conditions such as equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time, gas-liquid and salting out effect were optimized and optimal conditions were established for the determination of methanol in ink by headspace gas chromatography. The detection limit was 50.0 mg/L, and the recovery rate was between 95.2 % and 102.3 %. And the relative standard deviation (n=9) was 2.4 %. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, and can be applied to the detection of methanol in ink.
