微波消解-ICP-MS法对深圳市售食品中铊含量调查研究

摘要 建立微波消解-ICP-MS法测定食品中铊含量,本方法检出限为0.10μg/L。采用该方法对大虾、芹菜、猪肝、四川大米标准物质及125批次深圳市售食品中铊进行测定,标准物质所得结果均在证书值范围内:深圳市售食品中铊含量在未检出-0.10mg/kg之间,本方法可用于食品中铊含量的测定。 To develop a method for determination of thallium in food By microwave digestion -ICP-MS, the detection limit was 0.10 μg/L. Using the method to determined thallium in prawns, celery, liver, Sichuan rice and 125 batches of foods be saled in Shenzhen, all results of the standard substances are within the range of values certificate; thallium content in foods be saled in Shenzhen is between not detected to 0.10 mg/kg, the method can be used to determine thallium in foods.
