摘要 目的探讨标准化病人在《健康评估》实践教学中的应用。方法随机选取同一年级和层次的护理学专业学生为研究对象,设置试验组和对照组。试验组采用标准化病人教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。采用SPSS16.0统计软件对不同授课方式的教学效果满意度、多站式考核成绩、SP对试验组学生客观和主观表现的评价、试验组学生对SP的评价等进行处理。结果在学生对教学效果满意度的评价中,试验组对效果、总评价的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在多站式考核成绩比较中,两组在总成绩、健康史采集、身体评估项目的得分有显著性差异(P<0.05);试验组对SP的评价中,配合评估等方面,满意度>85%;SP对试验组学生主要实验项目的客观表现评价中,健康史采集等七个方面得分较高;SP对试验组学生主要实验项目的主观表现评价中,注意礼仪等六个方面得分较高。结论在《健康评估》实践教学中标准化病人的教学方法能明显提高教学效果和学习成绩。 Objective To discuss the application of the standardized patients in the practice teaching of health assessment. Methods Selecting some nursing students randomly from the same grade and level, then setting experimental group and control group by the class. The experimental group using the teaching methods of SP, and the control group using traditional teaching methods. Students' teaching satisfaction, results of multiple-station examination, evaluation of the objective and subjective performance of experimental group students by SP, the evaluation of SP by experimental group students are disposed by SPSS 16.0 statistical software Results The evaluation of the satisfaction of the teaching effect shows that, the scores of teaching effect and total evaluation of experimental group were significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05);ln the comparison of multiple-station examination, there are significant difference between the total score, collection of health history and physical evaluation project (P〈0.05); the satisfaction of the experimental group to SP in the cooperation with assessment is higher than 85 %; In the evaluation of experimental group' objective performance in the main experimental project by SP, collection of health history and other seven aspects got higher scores; In the evaluation of experimental group' subjective performance in the main experimental project by SP, pay attention to etiquette and other six aspects got higher scores. Conclusion The method of SP in the teaching of health assessment can obviously improve the teaching effect and learning achievement.
