摘要 超微粉碎技术是国际性食品加工新技术之一,利用机械设备对物料进行研磨和撞击,将其粉碎至微米级,具有粉碎速度快、原料利用率高、污染小、粉体粒径小且均匀等特点。文章简单介绍了超微粉碎技术,并结合国内外最新研究成果,对其在食品、中药及化妆品领域中的应用做了叙述,最后对超微粉碎技术及其在上述领域中的应用前景进行了探讨。 Superfine grinding technology was one of the international food processing technologies. Mechanical equipment was used to grinding and the impact of material, and then the material was crushed to micron level. It had the characteristics of fast grinding speed, high material consumption rate, less pollution, small and homogeneous powder diameter, etc. The article simply introduced the superfine grinding technology, then integrated with the achievements at home and abroad. Described the application in the field of food, medicine and cosmetics. Finally, the superfine grinding technology and its application prospect in food, medicine and cosmetics were discussed.
