中国危险化学品管理现状及对策研究

Present Situation and Countermeasures Research in the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals in China

随着经济社会的发展,在危险化学品的使用量增加的同时,对其安全生产中使用的安全性也更加注重,对其管理提出了更高的要求。文章介绍了危险化学品的含义、分类以及其安全管理重要意义,从重大危险源风险评估、法律法规和化工行业危化品管理几个方面对我国危险化学品管理现状进行分析,在此基础上提出几点建议和对策。

With the development of society and economy, the use of hazardous chemicals was increasing. More attention was paid to the safety of production security; more stringent requirements were also proposed on safety management. The definition, classification and significance of safety management of hazardous chemicals were introduced in the paper. The hazardous chemicals management situation analysis was made on risk assessment of major hazard installation, policy and legislation and chemical industry. Based on this, some suggestions and countermeasures were advanced.
