摘要
目的对某乳制品加工基地存在的职业病危害因素和职业病防护措施进行分析与评价,找出职业病危害的关键控制点,提出合理可行的职业病防护建议。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,对主要职业病危害因素进行检测与分析,同时收集职业健康监护结果,并对职业病防护措施、职业卫生管理、个人防护用品等方面进行综合评价。结果主要存在的职业病危害因素有噪声、高温及热辐射、二氧化氯、过氧化氢、硝酸、氢氧化钠、其他粉尘、煤尘、矽尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、工频电场、硫化氢等,个体噪声共检测20个点,合格率为85.0%,最大值为88.1 d B(A);化学毒物浓度检测结果均符合要求。企业对噪声、毒物设置有防护措施,对工人配备有个人防护用品,职业健康检查结果显示,噪声职业禁忌症1人,其他未见异常。结论该基地职业病防护措施合理,管理制度得到落实,企业应加强局部通风措施及个人防护用品的使用,设置酸碱配置间,完善应急救援措施。
Objective To evaluate the factors of occupation disease hazard and control measures in a dairy products base,explore the key points of occupation disease control and provide the suggests of disease prevention. Methods Based on the occupation health field investigation,the main factors of occupation disease were detected and occupation health monitoring results were collected. According to the prevention facilities,occupation health management,emergency rescue and etc.,they were comprehensively evaluated. Results There were main hazard factors of occupation disease including the noise,high temperature and thermal radiation,chlorine dioxide,hydrogen peroxide,nitric acid,sodium hydroxide,dust,coal dust,silica dust,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitrogen oxides,sulfur dioxide,power frequency electric field,hydrogen sulfide. Workplaces noise detected 20 points with 85. 0% pass rate,and the maximum value was 88. 1 d B( A). Chemical toxicant concentration were confo rmed the standards. The enterprise set the facilities for prevention of noise and toxin,and the workers had individual protective equipment. Occupational health examination showed 1 case of occupational noise contraindication. Conclusion This dairy products base develops a reasonable occupation disease prevention measures and management system. Enterprises should strengthen the usage of local ventilation and individual protective equipment,to set the acid base configuration and improve emergency rescue measures.
