成都市某区公务员吸烟现况分析

Smoking Behaviors of Civil Servants in a District of Chengdu

目的了解成都市某区公务员吸烟行为和认知状况,为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样调查的方法,对成都市某区公务员吸烟行为和对烟草的认知情况进行问卷调查。结果成都市某区被调查的372名公务员吸烟率21.1%,男性公务员38.5%,女性公务员5.2%。吸烟率在不同性别、年龄、工作年限、职务间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。公务员对吸烟危害的认知情况和控烟态度整体较好,不吸烟者认同率高于吸烟者。结论成都市某区公务员群体吸烟工作开展较好,目前应加大公务员人群吸烟危害健康知识的宣传教育,提高其对烟草危害的认知及重视,倡导公务员做不吸烟的榜样,以降低全人群吸烟率。

Objective To understand the smoking status of civil servants in a district of Chengdu and to provide a scientific basis for developing tobacco control strategies. Methods With random sampling,a questionnaire survey about civil servants＇ smoking behaviors and awareness of tobacco in a district of Chengdu was conducted. Results In 372 civil servants surveyed,the smoking rate was 21. 1%; male civil servants accounted for 38. 5%,and male civil servants accounted for 5. 2%. Statistically significant differences were found in smoking rates among cival servants of different genders,ages,working seniorities and duties（ P〈0. 05）. Civil cognition on the risks of smoking and the overall attitude toward tobacco control were good; the recognition rate was higher in non- smokers than in smokers. Conclusion Tobacco control in civil servants in a district of Chengdu has been well implemented. Education of civil servants about hazards of smoking should be enhanced to improve their recognition; civil servants should act as models of non- smokers so as to reduce the smoking rate in the general population.
