四川省燃煤型氟中毒重点病区健康教育效果评价 被引量:1

Effect Evaluation on Health Education of Endemic Fluorosis Caused by Coal- burning in Key Areas in Sichuan Province

摘要 目的掌握四川省燃煤型氟中毒重点病区健康教育落实情况,评价干预效果,为完善和促进防治工作提供依据。方法在9个重点病区县(市、区)实施燃煤型氟中毒健康教育,干预前采用统一问卷随机调查小学生和家庭主妇两类一级目标人群对燃煤型氟中毒防治核心知识的知晓情况,开展大众传播与人际传播联合干预,干预后相同问卷和方法评价措施效果。结果小学生平均知晓率干预前后分别为76.20%和94.72%(χ^2=339.052,P〈0.01);家庭主妇平均知晓率干预前后分别为68.06%和92.12%(χ^2=271.889,P〈0.01)。结论健康教育联合干预措施效果较明显,利于促进燃煤型氟中毒危害的消除,需要持续、有效开展。 Objective To understand the implementation of health education in key areas of endemic fluorosis caused by coal- burning and to evaluate the effect of intervention in Sichuan Province, so as to provide evidence for improving and promoting the prevention and control of fluorosis. Methods Health education were implemented in 9 counties of endemic fluorosis caused by coal- burning.Baseline surveys were undertaken randomly by unified questionnaire among primary students and housewives as the first targeted population before intervention. Mass communication and interpersonal communication were combined as the health education intervention measures. Effect of interventions was investigated by the same questionnaire and method after intervention. Results A series of health education interventions have been implemented effectively. Before and after intervention,the awareness rate of the core knowledge about endemic fluorosis caused by coal- burning in primary students was respectively 76. 20 % and 94. 72 %( χ^2= 339. 052, P〈0. 01); among housewives was respectively 68. 06 % and 92. 12 %( χ^2= 271. 889,P〈0. 01). Conclusion United health education intervention measures were proper and effective, which promoted our province to achieve the goal of elimination of the harmful endemic fluorosis caused by coal- burning,and it should be implemented continuely and effectively in future.
