摘要
本文就后备人才队伍培养进行探讨和研究,通过开展后备人才选拔、培养与管理,拓宽渠道选人,创造条件培养,坚持备用结合,构筑成才平台,进一步完善人才结构,建立年龄结构合理、以本科和硕士研究生为主、高级职称领头、中级职称为骨干的人才团队;逐步完善人才队伍建设和培养体系,专业技术梯队和管理梯队实行系统化、层次化建设,后备人才队伍呈现出人员结构年轻、人员学历较高、专业覆盖齐全、综合素质较好的特点。
reserve talent team development mode has been discussed and investigated. A talent team with bachelors and postgraduates as the bulk,professionals with senior job titles as the leader and professionals with intermediate job titles as the backbone has been established through selection,education and management of reserve talents following the principles of " expanding channels for talent selection,creating conditions for talent cultivation,adhering to combination of reserve and use,building development platforms,further improving the talent structure and rationalizing the age structure". The talent team construction and development system has been gradually improved,and systematized and stratified construction is practiced over the professional team and the administrator team so that the reserve talent team features youngness,high academic degrees,complete specialty coverage and good comprehensive quality.
