五味子对维生素A缺乏型干眼症RBP、STRA6蛋白表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察酸味中药五味子对来亨鸡维生素A缺乏型干眼症的疗效及眼角膜组织中维生素A结合蛋白(RBP)、维生素A结合蛋白受体(STRA6)的表达变化,探讨酸味中药缓解干眼症的作用机制。方法:将180只白色来亨鸡随机分为正常组、模型组(维生素A缺乏组)、维生素A对照组、五味子治疗组(高、中、低剂量组)。分别于用药前、用药后2周、用药后4周对各组来亨鸡进行Schirmer I试验(SIT)和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)检查。采用免疫印迹法检测五味子对眼角膜组织的维生素A结合蛋白(RBP)及维生素A结合蛋白受体(STRA6)蛋白表达的影响。结果:用药2周、4周后,与模型组相比,五味子各剂量组Schirmer试验滤纸湿长有明显增加,泪膜破裂时间逐渐增加。与正常组比较,模型组RBP、STRA6蛋白表达显著降低,五味子各剂量组作用4周后,显著上调RBP、STRA6蛋白表达。结论:五味子可以提高泪液基础分泌量,维持泪膜稳定性,并促进RBP、STRA6蛋白表达,从而减轻干眼症状。 Objective:Investigate the efficacy of Chinese medicine schisandra to vitamin A-deficient dry eye syndrome and corneal tissue RBP,STRA6 expression changes,discussion sour medicine to alleviate dry eye mechanism. Methods:180 white leghorn chicken,randomization,and start feeding. All animals were divided into normal control group,model group(vitamin A deficient)and schisandra group. The schirmer I test(SIT)and tear film breakup time(BUT)were tested before treatment,after treatment two weeks and four weeks after treatment for each group Leghorn chickens. Western blot assay of corneal tissue schisandra vitamin A binding protein(RBP)and vitamin A binding protein receptor(STRA6)protein expression. Results:Medication two weeks,four weeks later,compared with the model group,Schirmer test paper changed significantly longer wet,tear breakup time gradually increased,increased corneal surface moisture,Compared with the normal group,RBP,STRA6 protein expression in model group decreased significantly,schisandra each dose group after 4 weeks,significantly increased RBP,STRA6 expression. Conclusion:Schisandra can enhance tear secretion basis,maintaining tear film stability,and to promote the RBP,STRA6 protein expression,thereby reducing the symptoms of dry eye.
