正交试验法优选清心安眠颗粒乙醇提取工艺

摘要 目的:优选清心安眠颗粒的最佳乙醇提取工艺。方法:以干膏率和五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、酸枣仁皂苷A、斯皮诺素5种成分的总量为考察指标,以乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取次数及提取时间为考察因素,以正交试验筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺是12倍量65%的乙醇溶液,回流提取3次,2 h/次。结论:优选出的提取工艺稳定性好,提取效率高,适合于大量生产。 Objective:To optimize the alcohol extraction technology of Qinxin Anmian Granules. Methods:To optimize the concentration of alcohol,amount of alcohol,extraction time and number of extraction times,the extractive condition was studied by orthogonal test with the ratio of dry extraction and the total content of schisandrin,dexyscisan deoxyschisandrin,γ-schisandrin,jujuboside A and spinosin as the index. Results:The optimal extraction condition is to extract 3 times for 2 hours each time with 12 times of 65% ethanol. Conclusion:The optimized technology is stable,effciecy with high yields,and suitable for mass production.
